The Gay and Lesbian Issue and Psychology (GLIP) Award is a research award that the Gay and Lesbian Issues and Psychology Interest Group presents every year at the APS National Conference.
Nominations are called for early in the year. The Award is intended to promote and encourage excellence in research relating to lesbian and gay issues in psychology carried out by students enrolled in fourth year or postgraduate psychology programs.

The 2006 GLIP Prize was awarded to Louise Du Chesne (Charles Sturt University) for her thesis entitled The Subjective Experience of the Lesbian (M)other: An Exploration of the Construction of Lesbian Maternal Identity
