Publications

The College of Organisational Psychologists produces three publications:

1. REACH

An e-Newsletter full of College news and information for members - available to College members only.

2. ILLUMINATIONS

A quarterly e-Magazine demonstrating how organisational psychologists add value in the workplace. A different theme is featured in each edition, eg change, teams, work-life balance. The publication's audience is the business community, including HR and other business professionals.

3. Australian and New Zealand Journal of Organisational Psychology (ANZJOP)

A new high quality peer-reviewed journal that is currently in production for its first edition. 

Other Publications 

From July 2004 to December 2007, the College of Organisational Psychologists published a quarterly e-Newsletter for its members and affiliates, called The Organisational Psychologist (TOP). Edited by Martha Knox-Haly, TOP provided a way of communicating and reflecting on College events, as well as showcasing articles on developments and issues in organisational psychology and related HR professions in Australia. Copies are free to access from the link below.
