There are 95 members in the APS College of Community Psychologists. The College has sections in Victoria, Western Australia and New South Wales. Membership of the APS College of Community Psychologists is restricted to psychologists who have completed specialised training and have experience in community psychology. College members are required to undertake regular professional development activities in the area of community psychology, to maintain their skills and stay up-to-date in their field. Full membership of the College requires a minimum of six years of university training in psychology (including two years of postgraduate studies in community psychology) plus 80 hours of College-related activities comprising supervision and professional development. Members are required to maintain a program of ongoing professional development. Associate, affiliate and student memberships are also available.
