Postgraduate Student Exposition
August 14 2010 (11.00am-4.00pm)
Citigate Hotel, Ann Street Brisbane
The APS Brisbane Area Branch coordinates an annual expo on postgraduate courses in psychology. Representatives from ten educational institutions provide information about honours, masters, and doctoral degrees in psychology.
This is the only forum in which prospective students can talk with representatives from the universities in one setting. Representatives from the state registration board and the APS are on hand to answer questions about registration, supervision, APS membership and career options. Entry is free.
Throughout the day representatives from the APS Colleges provide information about the various specialisations within psychology. A schedule of the presentations will be provided on the day.
The expo is promoted using branch and university student email lists. Please contact Nicola Burton (email nburton@hms.uq.edu.au or tel 07 3365 6282) for more information.
