College of Clinical Neuropsychologists Conference 2008: New Horizons in Neuropsychology
13 - 15 November 2008
The College of Clinical Neuropsychologists (CCN) will be holding its 14th Annual Conference at the Stamford Grand Adelaide, Glenelg, South Australia, Australia.
The annual College of Clinical Neuropsychologists conference showcases the most up to date research and thinking in the area of brain behaviour relationships. The conference in 2008 is shaping up to be somewhat provocative with planned forums looking at where Neuropsychology might be in 25 years, the real contribution of the right temporal lobe and Neuropsychology's role in rehabilitation.
We have confirmed Greg Lee from the United States as a keynote speaker and workshop presenter and await his insights from fascinating research using direct techniques such as brain mapping and hippocampal cooling. We are working towards including a hypothetical or debate with sharp minds pitted against one another. It's been a while since Adelaide hosted this conference and we are planning on making it memorable.
